Jessica joined Leonard J. LeRose, Jr. Ltd. as an Associate Attorney in 2018 and focuses her practice on estate administration, estate litigation and contested guardianship actions for disabled adults and minors. Prior to joining the firm, Jessica worked as a law clerk and attorney for a highly reputable law firm in Lake County, where she was able to further develop her legal skills and courtroom advocacy.
Jessica frequently represents individuals, corporate fiduciaries and care management agencies in all stages of her practice and is highly knowledgeable in executing all stages of administering decedent’s estates, trusts and guardianship estates. By openly communicating with clients and providing solution-based strategies, Jessica is able to effectively and thoughtfully resolve complex issues for clients. Jessica graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2015, where she was on the Dean’s List and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Negotiations. During law school, Jessica interned with the 19th Judicial Circuit of Lake County Staff Attorney’s Office and volunteered as a Court Advocate for domestic violence victims at A Safe Room at the Lake County Courthouse. |
