ADULT GUARDIANSHIPS

A person or entity interested in the welfare of a mentally or developmentally disabled person 18 years or older may petition the Court for the appointment of a Guardian. If a Guardian fails to act appropriately, we will take the necessary steps to protect the interest of the disabled adult.
